Fuse is intended only for individuals who are 16 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Fuse is not responsible for users who misrepresent their age, and accounts discovered to belong to individuals under 16 may be removed without notice.

You are responsible for ensuring your actions on Fuse are respectful. Fuse does not tolerate:

• Derogatory, offensive or abusive language or content
• Harassment, hate speech or discrimination
• Illegal, threatening or harmful content

Fuse allows users to publish posts, comments, messages, and community discussions. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting on Fuse you grant Fuse a non-exclusive license to display, host, and distribute the content within the platform. You are solely responsible for anything you post. Fuse does not endorse or verify user content and cannot be held responsible for statements made by users.

Fuse allows users to interact under usernames or anonymous identities in certain communities. However, anonymity does not remove legal responsibility. Users remain responsible for all content they create or share. If required by law or in cases involving harassment, abuse, illegal activity, or safety concerns, FUSE will only share available account information when compelled by a valid court order under Indian law. Complaints from third parties, instituions or organisations DO NOT constitute grounds for data disclosure.

Fuse screens all posts before publishing through a three-tier moderation system. Posts containing severely prohibited content are blocked outright and never published. Posts flagged as potentially violating are held for manual review by the Fuse team and are not published until approved. Posts that pass automated screening are published normally. Fuse reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or modify any content on the platform at its sole discretion if it violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable laws. This system is not infallible and Fuse does not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected.

Users may not impersonate any individual, institution, organization, or public figure. Creating misleading identities or pretending to represent another person may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Fuse is not responsible for third-party advertisers or claims they make. All interactions with external advertisers are at your own risk.

Fuse is provided on an "as-is" basis. The platform makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Fuse shall not be liable for losses, damages, disputes, or actions arising from user interactions or user-generated content.

Fuse is not responsible for interactions between users, including disputes, harassment, or harmful behavior. Users are encouraged to report violations through platform reporting tools.

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Accounts can be suspended or removed for violating these Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, or for any behavior that harms users or the platform.

Fuse is a safe, expressive space. By using the platform, you agree to our community guidelines available at www.fuseapp.online/guidelines. In the event of a valid trademark complaint regarding a community name, Fuse will notify the community and require a name change within 48 hours. User data is NOT shared with complainants.

Fuse may collect and store limited account information such as email, username, profile photo, and activity data required for platform functionality. Data may be stored using secure third-party infrastructure such as cloud services. Use of the platform constitutes consent to this data processing.

Fuse is operated by Fuse Labs. All legal and compliance responsibilities are handled by authorized adult representatives of the platform. References to contributors or team members do not transfer legal liability beyond the platform operators.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Fuse will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

Communities on Fuse may be protected by a password set by the community founder. Founders are responsible for keeping this password secure and for deciding who they share it with. Fuse is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a password being shared. Founders may reset the community password at any time. By accepting the founder role, you accept responsibility for managing access to your community.
