You are responsible for ensuring your actions on Fuse are respectful. Fuse does not tolerate:

• Derogatory, offensive or abusive language or content
• Harassment, hate speech or discrimination
• Illegal, threatening or harmful content

Fuse allows users to publish posts, comments, messages, and community discussions. You retain ownership of your content, but by posting on Fuse you grant Fuse a non-exclusive license to display, host, and distribute the content within the platform. You are solely responsible for anything you post. Fuse does not endorse or verify user content and cannot be held responsible for statements made by users.

Fuse allows users to interact under usernames or anonymous identities in certain communities. However, anonymity does not remove legal responsibility. Users remain responsible for all content they create or share. If required by law or in cases involving harassment, abuse, illegal activity, or safety concerns, Fuse may cooperate with legal authorities and provide available account information.

Fuse reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or modify any content posted on the platform at its sole discretion if it violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or harms the community.

Users may not impersonate any individual, institution, organization, or public figure. Creating misleading identities or pretending to represent another person may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Fuse is not responsible for third-party advertisers or claims they make. All interactions with external advertisers are at your own risk.

Fuse is provided on an "as-is" basis. The platform makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Fuse shall not be liable for losses, damages, disputes, or actions arising from user interactions or user-generated content.

Fuse is not responsible for interactions between users, including disputes, harassment, or harmful behavior. Users are encouraged to report violations through platform reporting tools.

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Accounts can be suspended or removed for violating these Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, or for any behavior that harms users or the platform.

Fuse is a safe, expressive space. By using the platform, you agree to:

• Not defame, insult, harass or target any person, group, institution or school — directly or indirectly
• Not post or promote hate speech, abuse, threats, sexually explicit content, religious/caste slurs, impersonation or self-harm
• Respect boundaries of all users and the community

Fuse may collect and store limited account information such as email, username, profile photo, and activity data required for platform functionality. Data may be stored using secure third-party infrastructure such as cloud services. Use of the platform constitutes consent to this data processing.

Fuse is operated by Fuse Labs. All legal and compliance responsibilities are handled by authorized adult representatives of the platform. References to contributors or team members do not transfer legal liability beyond the platform operators.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Fuse will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
